Our let-only service is there to ensure that your property is paired with the best tenant. We can provide a detailed and accurate valuation of your property, and then set about obtaining the highest quality of marketing materials with one of our approved photographers. Our experienced team of negotiators will then begin the search for the ideal person for your property, whether it’s through their extensive back-catalogue of vetted tenants, or on any of the three major portals; Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket.

Compliance is also a huge part of letting a property today, and our staff are up-to-date on the requirements of each borough, whether it be Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea, Wandsworth, Hounslow or Westminster. We can help you obtain all the necessary certification, and put you in touch with one of our trusted specialists should you require any Property Licensing.

Once we have found you a tenant you are happy with, our concise and prompt administration staff are on hand to obtain referencing reports from our external referencing agency and any additional information you may need. We are then able to supply you with our tenancy agreement, written by our legal experts and up-to-date with the latest legislation, access to our Deposit Protection Service Account, should you need us to register your deposit on your behalf, and a host of other facilities to make renting your property as smooth as possible.

Property Management

When managing a property, we treat it as though it’s our own, through inspections, a consistent dialogue with your tenants and a team of approved contractors that can repair any issue that presents itself.

When we manage a property, tenants have access to around-the-clock contact with our Property Management team, who can react promptly to ensure your property is exactly as it should be. Should your property require larger works, from re-wires to extensions, we can manage the project for you, with regular updates and the peace of mind that accredited contractors are undertaking whatever is required.

We can also collect your rent on your behalf, and provide you and your accountant with statements to make your end-of-year as seamless as possible. We also have SafeAgent accreditation, so your money is safe with us. If you are an Overseas Landlord, we can also collect tax for you, leaving you without the trouble of dealing with HMRC.
